Rest When Needed, but Never Give Up!

If you are tired, learn to rest. Take a break, regroup, or course correct. But never give up!

I juggle lots of things throughout my day managing many facets of my business, my family life and my own personal health, fitness and social life. Some days are overwhelming! But I try to listen to my body as much as possible. Maybe I need some fresh air, or to meditate, or talk to a friend. Maybe I need a short distraction. Or for example, last night I came home late from the gym and was overwhelmingly tired several hours before my bedtime, when I would have normally worked a few more hours. Instead I listened to my body and slept 10 hours! I am so glad I did because I woke refreshed mentally, and ready to seize the day and everything it will offer me. -
No matter the challenge I face, whether it is business, parenting, diet, or time management, the only common denominator to my success is never giving up.
