How to Make Baklava Balls an easy No-Bake Energy Ball recipe

baklava balls.jpg

Only 5 ingredients, no baking, and it takes less than 10 minutes to make a whole batch. These energy balls include the flavors of baklava, my all time favorite dessert. At about 150 calories per ball, these are a healthier indulgence than traditional baklava.

To make 16 servings (16 balls) you will need:
2 cups walnuts,
2 cups pitted dates,
1 cup shredded coconut,
1 TBSP cinnamon and
1 TBSP rose water.

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor.

  2. Pulse until combined and pulling away from wall.

  3. Roll into 1 in (2.5 cm) balls. Wet hands first so they don’t stick.

  4. Refrigerate for an hour until set.

  5. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
