How to Make Healthy Spiced Nuts

Sweet & Salty HEALTHY spiced nuts! With an egg white coating, NO OIL or BUTTER and minimal sugar!!!!!
Easy to make. What a thoughtful, handmade gift. Healthy and DELICIOUS!!!

1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts
2 egg whites
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all spices together. Add sugar and egg whites. Whisk together for 2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Add nuts and coat evenly. Pour nuts onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. Let cook completely. 
For gifts, fill pastry boxes and decorate with a bow. Otherwise store in airtight container.
