How to Make an Easy Chopped Salad FREE Recipe

I first fell in love with a variation of this salad when I lived in Israel. They called it Greek Salad and they shredded feta cheese all over it. YUM! I have modified it several times over the years, and this is such comfort food to me. This salad is so fresh and tasty. It's great on sandwiches, as a dip for crackers, or piled high on a plate for lunch! Add a piece of lean protein or shredded cheese for even more flavor!

Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, chopped, peeled and seeded
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
Himalayan pink salt to taste

Directions:
1. Prep all veggies and add to a large mixing bowl.

2. Dress with lemon and salt. Adjust for seasonings.

3. Mix everything together.
