This tropical salsa has always felt like a snapshot of summer at the coast—fresh, bright, and full of life. I’ve now included it as part of my Sea Glass Companion Recipes collection, inspired by the colors and flavors that run through the Sea Glass Journal novels. Sweet pineapple, crisp lime, and a little heat from jalapeño capture that perfect balance of sunshine and serenity.
