What you will need:

Finished Size:

Row 2: Ch4 (counts as tr), 4tr in first tr, skip 1tr, 1tr in next tr, skip 1 tr, 5tr in last tr, turn. — 11 trs
Row 3: Ch4 (counts as tr), 4tr in same tr, skip 1tr, (1tr in next tr, skip 2 trs, 5tr in next tr, skip 2 trs)x2, except on last repeat omit last skip 2, turn. — 17 trs
Row 4: Ch4 (counts as tr), 4tr in same tr, skip 1 tr, (1tr in next tr, skip 2 trs, 5tr in next tr, skip 2 trs)x3, except on last repeat omit last skip 2, turn. — 23 trs
Rows 5 – 16: Rep row 4, turn.
Even (Bias) Section:
Row 17: Beg 2tr-tog, (skip 2 sts, 5tr in next st, skip 2 sts, 1tr in next tr)x3, skip 2 trs, 5tr in last tr, turn.
Row 18: Ch4 (counts as tr), 4tr in same tr, skip 1 tr, *1tr in next tr, skip 2 trs, 5tr in next tr, skip 2 trs. Rep from * across, 2tr-tog working first leg in next st, kiping 2 sts, and 2nd leg in last st, turn.
Rows 19 – 48 : Rep rows 17 – 18, turn.
Decrease Section:
Row 49: Beg 2tr-tog, *skip 2 trs, 5tr in next tr, skip 2 trs, 1tr in next tr. Rep from * across, skip 2 trs, 2tr-tog over last 4 sts, turn.
Rows 50 – 63: Rep row 49.
Do not fasten off.
Edging:
Round 1: Ch3 (counts as dc), work 5dc in ea of the 4 rectangle corners and 3dc in ea row-end st around, slst to top of ch3 at beg of round to join.
Note: Mark the center dc of ea 5dc corner for increases.
Rounds 2 – 4: Ch3 (counts as dc), work 1dc in ea dc around, except work 5dc in ea marked corner dc. Slst to top of ch3 at beg of round to join.
Round 5: *Ch1, slst in next st. Rep from * around, slst to join. Fasten off.
Finishing:
Weave in loose ends. Hand wash, block to finished measurements and allow to dry.
