Ingredients:
4 lbs pork ribs

Dry Rub Spices (mix all together in small bowl):
1 TBSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1 TBSP smoked paprika
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP garlic powder

BBQ Sauce (mix all together in small bowl):
1 cup store bought BBQ sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP roasted garlic
1 TBSP sweet chili sauce
1 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Place ribs on paper, making sure each rib has its own space.

4. Rub spice mix on ribs, on all sides.

5. Bake in oven for 3 hours.

6. Meanwhile, make BBQ sauce: over medium heat, mix all ingredients together.

7. Baste ribs with the sauce and cook one more hour. Baste every 20 minutes during this last hour.
