As you may know, I’ve been involved with the yarn industry for a really long time. March will be my 14th year anniversary! I have worked with yarn from so many different perspectives. I researched for many years and thought long and hard about whether or not I could make a difference in an already abundant market. I am proud to say that each and every yarn in the family of Kristin Omdahl Yarns is 100% thoughtfully sourced and 100% gorgeous.

Be so Brave! As it says in the description, I like it because it’s a ‘bright, saturated’ colour!!! It would be nice to win this giveaway :-))

I am in Arizona and it is 120 degrees today and I need something "cool" to knit and this is absolute perfection!

  4. Kim Ladouceur says:

I love rich colours, vibrant blues, reds & purples. I usually buy from Michael’s, but have splurged on Expression Fiber Arts 😉

I was given some of your Be So Brave as a Christmas gift and found it delightful to work with. I was able to knit a beautiful cowl for another good friend of mine and she loved the softness of her new cowl. I also really like that a part of your sales goes to help those who were victims of domestic abuse. Having gone through that myself it’s great to know there are people like you out there who help. As for favorite yarn, since I’ve only tried the one to date, I would have to say that I would love to try the Be So Lush because it’s a fine weight yarn and I typically work with fine weights over the heavier worsted weights. My favorite colors are purple, deep blues, and pinks. Thank you for offering this giveaway, whomever wins will be one lucky crafter that’s for sure!

  12. Ann Le Roy says:

I like, Be so fine yarn I made a shawl in it a wonderful blue/water color; It was a real nice yarn. I would like to try out Be so Lush yarn in the future.

  13. Denise Ochs says:

Be so fine yarn is very luxurious. I made the necklace scarf with beads and love it. I used a coral color with gold beads. Can’t wait to make another.

  14. Deb Courtney says:

Be So Fine Stormy Seas is currently on my hook for one of the loveliest shawls I have ever had the pleasure to work on…..I get lost for hours going through these pages….love it!! And time never wasted because I always find something new!

  15. Helen King says:

I don’t have a favorite yarn when there are so many different yarns to chose from. It all depends on the project that I am working on.

  16. Courtney says:

I love bamboo and cotton yarns! I have not had the chance to try any our specific yarns yet, but I hope to add some to my stash this year. I love most shades of PURPLE, coral and teal in yarns, especially jewel tones with some sparkle.

  17. Jackie Watson says:

I love all natural yarns the best, although I still use other yarn too. I would like to try the Be So Tender in Mulberry.

  18. Sheronna Rhodes says:

Be So Lush sounds like a dream yarn!! I have not had the pleasure (funds) to try any of your yarn but I LOVE yarn! From the descriptions, Be So Lush would be my go-to choice for the shawls, cowls & wraps I enjoy making.

I love Be So Lush, Mia’s Malachite Meadow! The yarn is gorgeous! I love the feel of bamboo and cotton yarn, but have never been able to purchase it. Awesome giveaway!

  20. Dawn Colbert says:

I am in love with all natural fibers, can’t always afford them but get them when I can. In the past couple of years I was fortunate enough and someone sold me a lot of wool and cotton for a very low price. One day soon I am going to order some of your yarn.

I love your patterns and have done a few of them. Keep up the great work

  21. Rebecca land says:

I’m rather new using yarn so I have only experimented slightly using acrylics from the craft stores in my area. I have never had a "nice" yarn to play with to date. I love purples and greens. Thanks for the chance to win 🙂

  24. Michelle says:

I LOVE purple and want to try all the yarns. I enjoy bamboo most of all. I have not yet crocheted or knitted with wool.

  25. Knittingdancer says:

I don’t have a favorite yarn. I like to try different brands and different fibers. I tend to go toward the bright colors like purples and blues.

  26. Mary Murray says:

It would be easier to say what yarns I don’t like! Basically, if I can crochet with it, it’s my favorite!!!. I love your Be So Brave flamingo yarn. I appreciate that it is 100% American. All the stages from shearing to dying are done by employing American small business people. Pink, teals and purple are my favorite colors.

  27. Patty says:

Just found your YouTube channel and enjoyed it very much. I love sea greens and blues and would like to make more crochet garments.

I am new to all your yarns and colors, but am looking for a pattern now so I can order your yarn. From the comments, I am very excited to try the yarn.

  32. Vicki K says:

My NEW favorit yarn has to be Be So Bare in the natural color as I am getting into dying yarn. I’m finding developing my own color ways just adds another dimension to my fiber projects.

  33. Gail Anderson says:

I love your yarns…so soft and easy to work with! My favorites are Be So Fine and Be So Sporty because I like to make clothing and these drape so nicely. The turquoise colors are my favorite, at the moment.
