This gorgeous shawl is worked from the top down in a dragonfly motif. The sample is shown in #5 bulky weight yarn but you could make this in any weight yarn; just continue in the established increase pattern to make it any size.

What you will need:

  • 725 yds or (663)m #5 bulky weight yarn
  • L/11 (8mm) crochet hook
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors

Gauge:

1 dragonfly repeat (see third chart) = 7 in (17.8cm) tall x 8 in (20.3cm) wide, after blocking.

Finished Size:

70 in (177.8cm) wide x 32 in (81.3cm) tall.
