What you will need:
- 420 yds (384m) #3 dk weight yarn
- F/5 (3.75mm) crochet hook
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- 1/2 yd (46cm) elastic cord, 1 in (2.5cm) wide
- Sewing needle and thread
Gauge:
18 sts / 24 rounds = 4 in (10cm) in pattern.
Finished Size:
15 in (38.1cm) wide x 11 in (28cm) tall.

See glossary for chain (ch), single crochet (sc),single crochet back loop only (sc-blo) foundation single crochet (fsc), and slip stitch (slst).
Notes:
1. Refer to charts for placement of each color.
2. When changing colors, finish last step of previous stitch with color to be used on next stitch.
3. Work around color(s) not in use to hide your floats and have a reversible fabric.

Rounds 28 – 48: Continue in established pattern, following the color chart for color placement. Fasten off.
Closure:
Cut two pieces of elastic cord 16 in (40.6cm) long. Overlap ends by 1/4 in (0.6cm) and sew each cord into a loop without any twists. Sew looped cords to back side of pouch.
Finishing:
Weave in ends. Hand wash, block to finished measurements and allow to dry. Note: All fabrics should be washed, dried and ironed before using to line a bag in order to avoid the possibilty of shrinkage or colors running.
