As far as ease goes, it doesn’t get much easier to make this shawl. Definitely beginner friendly and even putting the two pieces together with the crochet gusset was easier than I thought it would be. You do want to make sure both side match, I didn’t the first time, my gauge was off, but it was quick enough to make another and start all over again. That seems to be part of my process, if at first I don’t succeed, I rip it out and start all over again. I never even get frustrated, crochet doesn’t leave a lot of leeway for errors, and if I’m making it, I like it to be correct.
