The Bubbly Knit Lace Shawl Pattern is is a top-down increasing triangle knit lace shawl with a gorgeous all over medallion pattern and coordinating scalloped edging. I love how these medallions look like the effervescent bubbles of champagne or sparkling water.

What you will need to make the Bubbly Knit Lace Shawl Pattern:

475 yds (433m) #2 sport weight yarn

US8 (5mm) circular knitting needles, 24 in or longer

Yarn needle

Scissors

Best #2 Sport Weight Yarns to Knit and Crochet

Gauge: 

12 sts / 12 rows = 4 in in blocked lace stitch pattern.

Finished Size:

78 in (198cm) wide x 33 in (84cm) long

Special Stitches:

S2kp2: Slip 2 sts as if to k2tog, k1, pass 2 slipped stitches over. — 2 sts decreased.

Wrap3: Bring yarn to front, sl 3 sts purlwise, bring yarn to back, sl same sts back to left hand needle, k same 3 sts.

Dec4: Sl 3 sts knitwise, at the same time, k2tog, pass slipped sts over knit st.

Rinc: K in st one row below and next st.

Linc: K in next at and st below it.

• Weave in ends as you go.
