What you will need:

• 60 yds (54.9m) #3 dk weight
• G/7 (4.5mm) crochet hook
• scissors
• yarn needle
• Hair elastic, 3 in (7.6cm) diameter

Gauge: 20 sts / 6 rows = 4 in (10cm).

Finished size: 4 in (10cm) wide x 17 in (43.2cm) long crochet strip (not including the hair elastic).
