Majestic Skies Crochet Motif Shawl Pattern by Kristin Omdahl
While this beautiful crochet motif would be gorgeous in a solid color, Kristin has taken it to another level with 4 gorgeous colors! In this pattern she will show you how to take a square motif, join it together to create a fabric, manipulate it to create triangle motifs in rounds AND rows, and even create an edging ALL WITHIN the same stitch pattern. And what a stunning shawl that results! The pattern included many charts, diagrams along with the line by line instructions.
Wandering Love Knit Lace Vest by Kristin Omdahl
Knit from the top down, completely seamlessly, this vest is a really simple project. The raglan shaping is done in garter stitch (knit every row). The closure is similar to a scarf or sarong: you simply tie the corners of the front tabs. That’s it! The lower body is a simple wavy lace pattern and there is no shaping whatsoever in the pattern. It’s easy to memorize. The lower hem is exaggerated for great hip ease that looks flattering on everyone. Slip this vest over a casual dress or tanktop and jeans.
