This is the Mystery Crochet Along (MCAL) Pattern for June 2020!

This is a cheerful and fun bag that is a great exploration in colorwork. Choose 5 colors of yarn and mix and match them in any way you like. Watch the supplemental videos for extra step by step support.

With each update to the pattern, you will receive a new expiring download link that will include all the previous content as well as the new content.

This project features 5 colors of Be So Baby Yarn. I used Mykonos Blue, Coral, Diva, Turquoise and Lilac.

Be So Baby Yarn is #3 dk weight, 100% milk (casein) fiber, and comes in 142 yd (130m) per 50 gram balls. Choose from 43 gorgeous colors of this super soft and lustrous yarn.

Suggested crochet gauge:

12 – 17 sts = 4 in (10cm)
E/4 (3.5mm) – H/8 (5.0mm)

Suggested knitting gauge:

21 – 24 sts = 4 in (10cm)
US 5 (3.75mm) – US 8 (5.0mm)

Use the delicate cycle and wash in cool water. Dry with low heat. We recommend washing all handmade items in a laundry bag to avoid damage from other items in machine – zippers, buttons, etc…

What you will need to make the Cosmo Mystery Crochet Along (MCAL) Crochet Bag Pattern:

• 1 ball each of the 5 colors of Be So Baby Yarn

• G/7 (4.5mm) crochet hook

• Yarn needle

• Scissors

You could choose high contrast colors, or choose colors based on a photo inspiration, or you could use colors from the same color family: i.e. all pinks or blues or purples.
