Knit Picks Yarn Unboxing and Planning Knit and Crochet Patterns

I recently placed an order at Knit Picks website. Scroll below to watch my Knit Picks Yarn Unboxing video! My plan was to order small quantities of various yarns and colors to get a sampling of some of the yarns. It was very hard to narrow it down because they had great prices, gorgeous color selections and a great free shipping discount if I placed a large enough order.

Knit Picks Yarns Shine Sport:
This yarn is #2 sport weight 60% Pima Cotton / 40% Modal natural beech wood fiber and it comes in 110 yds per 50gm balls. I ordered 1 ball each of several colors to get a sense of the color selections in person. Once I swatch and block the yarn, I would like to order larger quantities in my favorite colors to make bigger projects, too. In the meantime, the palette of the colors I did chose will be fantastic for motifs or other types of knit and crochet color work, too! What would you like to see me design to knit or crochet with this yarn?
Knit Picks Yarns Andean Treasure:
This is a #2 sport weight, 100% baby alpaca yarn that comes in 110 yds per 50g balls. I really love the heathered colors of this yarn and the halo is beautiful, too. Any one of these colors would be gorgeous on their own, but I ordered a single ball of each of these colors to see in person before ordering larger quantities for lace shawls and sweaters. Combining these colors in motifs would be gorgeous, too! What would you like to see me design to knit or crochet with this yarn?

Knit Picks Yarns Stroll Gradient:
This yarn is a #1 fingering weight, 75% super wash merino / 25% nylon, self striping yarn that comes in 458 yd per 100gm cakes. Each one of these gorgeous cakes could be a one ball lace knit or crochet shawl and that is what I intend to make with them! I couldn’t decide on just one color, so I started with two. What would you like to see me design to knit or crochet with this yarn?
