The Charley Hoodie Crochet Pattern is is a super simple pullover sweater with minimal shaping and a fun, optional hood. Add stripes, colorblocking or embellishments to further customize this adorable sweater that is sized from newborn through child size 8 – 10 years old. It would make a great combo gift for matching new baby and older sibling photoshoots! This PDF download pattern includes seven sizes, charts, schematics, stitch glossary and symbol library.

What you will need to make the Charley Hoodie Crochet Pattern:

• 325 (357, 393, 432, 475, 523, 575) yds or 297(326, 359, 395, 434, 478, 526)m #3 dk weight yarn
• G/6 (4mm) crochet hook
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Shown in:  

Be So Baby Yarn; 142 yds (130m) per 1.75oz (50g); 100% milk (casein) fiber; color Turquoise, 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 5) balls.

Note: Be So Baby Yarn is discontinued. Here are some suggested yarn substitutions for a suitable DK weight yarn.

Gauge: 

4 sts / 2 rows = 4 in (10cm) in double crochet.

Finished Size:

18 (19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28) in or 45.7 (48.3, 50.8, 55.9, 61, 66, 71.1)cm bust circumference to fit newborn (6mo, 12mo, 2-4 yrs, 4-6yrs, 6-8yrs, 8-10yrs).
