Fine Gillian Shrug Crochet Pattern

This is a super simple construction technique of turning any rectangle into an oversized shrug. The lace rectangle is worked side to side from the center out. The short sides are sewn to create sleeves, and the collar is worked around the perimeter by working into the end of each row. The incredible drape of this yarn allows the fabric to caress the curves of your shoulders beautifully.

• 800 (880, 968, 1064, 1171 yds or 731 (805, 885, 973, 1070)m #1 fingering weight yarn

• G/6 (4mm) crochet hook
