A minimalist coastal menu designed for precision, restraint, and quiet elegance
There’s a moment in Chapter 2 of The Sea Glass Journal where everything has to be perfect. No spills. No stains. No room for error.
This menu is inspired by that scene—a study in pale tones, clean lines, and controlled beauty. Each element is simple on its own, but together they create something intentional and elevated.
Whether you’re recreating the moment for yourself or serving a small gathering, these recipes are designed to scale easily while keeping their refined aesthetic.
