No Bake Energy Bars:
1.5 cups unsalted almonds
1 TBSP flax seeds
2 TBSP toasted sesame seeds
1.5 cups dried fruits (I used 3/4 cup dates, 1/4 cup ea pineapple, mango, apricot and cherry)
